Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 450°F. Place cauliflower in a 15x10-inch baking pan. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper; toss to coat. Roast for 20 minutes. Stir in Parmesan. Roast 3 to 5 minutes more or until cauliflower is crisp-tender.

Step 2

Meanwhile, in a medium skillet melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic; cook and stir 20 seconds. Stir in almonds and panko crumbs. Cook over medium-low to medium heat until golden. Sprinkle cauliflower with almond mixture.
