Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Cut off and discard wing tips; cut wings in half at the joint.
In a 12 inch cast iron skillet (or your favorite skillet) stir together the first 6 ingredients (chicken - peppers). Spread into a single layer.
Bake, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and done (60 minutes or so).
Stir in cheese, parsley and the lemon juice.
Serve immediately.
