Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

  • Step 2: Cut off and discard wing tips; cut wings in half at the joint.

  • Step 3: In a 12 inch cast iron skillet (or your favorite skillet) stir together the first 6 ingredients (chicken - peppers). Spread into a single layer.

  • Step 4: Bake, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and done (60 minutes or so).

  • Step 5: Stir in cheese, parsley and the lemon juice.

  • Step 6: Serve immediately.
