"I found this recipe posted in our local newspaper on 8/20/14. And it was first posted on Just A Pinch too. This was contributed to them by Stacey Lawson. Now as of right now I haven't tried this recipe,but needed a calorie count. And what kid doesn't like food on a stick ? :) And I would serve it with their favorite dipping sauce.Posted to "ZAZZ" on 8/26/14. " Keep Smiling :)"

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Step 2
In a bowl combine crushed corn flakes,cheese,garlic,salt,and pepper.
Step 3
Dip chicken pieces in butter and roll in corn flakes mixture(I would crush the flakes as fine as breadcrumbs).
Step 4
Place on a baking rack in a shallow baking pan.
Step 5
Bake for about 30 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink(I would check @ about 20 minutes to see if they are getting crispy).
Step 6
When slightly cooled off, thread chicken on skewer to serve.
