Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1/2 cup corn flakes, crushed
  • 3 tablespoons Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 1/4 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast halves,cut into 1/2 inch strips
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt,or to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper,or to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

  • Step 2: In a bowl combine crushed corn flakes,cheese,garlic,salt,and pepper.

  • Step 3: Dip chicken pieces in butter and roll in corn flakes mixture(I would crush the flakes as fine as breadcrumbs).

  • Step 4: Place on a baking rack in a shallow baking pan.

  • Step 5: Bake for about 30 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink(I would check @ about 20 minutes to see if they are getting crispy).

  • Step 6: When slightly cooled off, thread chicken on skewer to serve.
