"These are crispy and yummy and very easy to make. They go great with a tossed salad and also with soups. You make them in a non-stick fry pan. You will need one tablespoon of cheese for one crisp."

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Spray a non-stick pan and put one tablespoon parmesan cheese for each crisp that you want to make; don't overcrowd.

Step 2

Flatten each one out a little in the pan with the back of a spoon.

Step 3

On a medium heat, cook them till you can safely turn them over and cook on the other side---you don't want to burn them.

Step 4

Carefully take them out and put on paper towel to dry.
