Step 1: Spray a non-stick pan and put one tablespoon parmesan cheese for each crisp that you want to make; don't overcrowd.
Step 2: Flatten each one out a little in the pan with the back of a spoon.
Step 3: On a medium heat, cook them till you can safely turn them over and cook on the other side---you don't want to burn them.
Step 4: Carefully take them out and put on paper towel to dry.
