Delicious! I used bone-in pork loin chops and they were so tender and juicy. Also made fresh multigrain bread crumbs and added dried Italian herbs which made for a wonderful crust. Definitely going see repeats here. Thanks for sharing Sheri. Made for Billboard Recipe Tag.

Such great tasting chops! The coating makes a nice crust on the outside. Scalloped potatoes went so good with them. We had a little salad too.

Very moist chops, and lots of flavor in the coating. My chops were thicker, so cooked about 10 minutes longer. Coating would be good on chicken, too.

The pork came out really nice and moist...I took two small boneless pork chops and cut them in half...that way I could get the breading on all sides...I cut the bread mixture in half and still had some left over...made for "Bill Board" tag game...

Great pork chops. We made six pork chops but used the same amount of the seasoning/breading mix - our pork chops were closer to 1 inch thick so we cooked them for one hour. Served with baked potatoes and marinated tomatoes for a great dinner. Thanks for sharing!
