"This is a lovely recipe for Sunday Brunch guests. All you have to do is prepare the recipe the night before, refrigerate, then slip them in the preheated oven for 45 minutes. A nice easy fruit salad and Lox go well with these puffs. The recipe is courtesy of Kraft. Cook time does not include overnight in the fridge. *If challah bread is not avilable use a solid white loaf and add some extra cheese"

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Lightly spray 6 ramekins with oil or use large muffin tins.

Step 2

Evenly divide the bread between the ramekins.

Step 3

Top with cheese.

Step 4

Whisk remaining ingredients, pour over cheese.

Step 5

Cover and place in fridge overnight.

Step 6

Preheat oven to 375f.

Step 7

Bake the puffs uncoverd for apprx 45 minutes or until the tops are puffed and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.

Step 8

Serve immediately.
