Step 1: Lightly spray 6 ramekins with oil or use large muffin tins.
Step 2: Evenly divide the bread between the ramekins.
Step 3: Top with cheese.
Step 4: Whisk remaining ingredients, pour over cheese.
Step 5: Cover and place in fridge overnight.
Step 6: Preheat oven to 375f.
Step 7: Bake the puffs uncoverd for apprx 45 minutes or until the tops are puffed and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
Step 8: Serve immediately.
