This is soooooooo good! I couldn't find fresh or frozen cranberries in my grocery store, so I tried using a 14 oz can of jellied cranberries and it turned out so good!! My husband, who usually likes his food plain, really just enjoyed that simple roast pork while I slathered mine with the delicious sauce. Win win! This is going into my Best of 2020 file. Thank you!

Wow, was this ever good! The pork roast was quite flavorful, but the cranberry sauce takes it to a whole new level and adds such a wonderful flavor to the pork. We all thoroughly enjoyed this. Made for Best of 2019 tag game. Thanks, TeresaS.

KATO BABY

Loved this recipe Teresa, it's awesome, quick and easy to make. The pork tenderloin was delicious, crispy and tender and the sauce was to die for. It was so good, bright, and fruity. We really enjoyed this meal, can't wait to enjoy it again . Made for Best of 2019 recommended by Nancy.

So easy and delicious. Loved the cranberry/apple sauce -- what a delicious & colorful way to serve pork. I used pork tenderloin instead of a pork loin; otherwise made just as directed.

Another Teresa winner! Delicious, moist and tender, the apple/cranberry/bbq sauce spooned over so complimented the tenderloin. Have to love when easy tastes this good! A repeatable for sure!
