"A very pretty salmon dish for brunch from the havarti cheese folks . I think you could just use a dash of garlic powder instead of a clove. I like the coarsely ground pepper also but just season to your taste"

Great tasting salmon BLT! I especially loved the havarti cheese and garlic mayo. The salmon was cooked through before the bacon had finished, so I just took the salmon out and let the bacon cook a bit longer. The ends of my bacon got burned due to broiling, but other than that the recipe worked really well and was very tasty!
