  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/8 teaspoon lemon zest
  • SALMON:
  • 24 ounces salmon, 4 fillets
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
  • 4 ounces Havarti cheese, 4 slices
  • 4 ounces sourdough bread toasted, 4 slices
  • 8 ounces bacon, 8 strips
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 8 slices tomatoes

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix up sauce

  • Step 2: Season salmon to taste

  • Step 3: Weave 2 slices per salmon of the bacon on top of the salmon

  • Step 4: Broil until bacon is crisp and salmon done

  • Step 6: Toast sourdough

  • Step 7: Smear sauce on and put cheese on top then tomato

  • Step 8: Season lightly

  • Step 9: Warm with salmon until melted
