"Since my SO enjoyed Pugg's #recipe4405,so much I was inspired to create my own salmon patty recipe. I was extremely pleased that he enjoyed my version. Thanks Puggs. ;). Step by Step Method
Step 1
Except for 2 tablespoons salmon juice,drain juice and remove bones.
Step 2
Place salmon, garlic powder, eggs, lemon juice and mayonnaise into medium size bowl.
Step 3
Add onion, pepper, and Old Bay Seasoning then lightly mix in baking powder and breadcrumbs.
Step 4
Heat oil in a cast iron skillet over medium heat until hot but not smoking.
Step 5
Form into 4 1/3 inch patties and fry until golden brown.
Step 6
Please make sure patties are cooked through before serving.
