Step 1: Except for 2 tablespoons salmon juice,drain juice and remove bones.
Step 2: Place salmon, garlic powder, eggs, lemon juice and mayonnaise into medium size bowl.
Step 3: Add onion, pepper, and Old Bay Seasoning then lightly mix in baking powder and breadcrumbs.
Step 4: Heat oil in a cast iron skillet over medium heat until hot but not smoking.
Step 5: Form into 4 1/3 inch patties and fry until golden brown.
Step 6: Please make sure patties are cooked through before serving.
