Step 1

Put the rolled oats, arley and water into a pan and cook over medium heat stirring occasionally. for 5 to 10 minutes or until the porridge is soft and creamy.

Step 2

Stir in the oat bran, bananas and seeds.

Divide the porridge among 4 bowls and drizzle with the maple syrup and serve with low-fat milk.

i love the barley oatmeal combo i would soak the barley a litlle as mine was toothier than the oats will be making this one again
