Step 1: Put the rolled oats, arley and water into a pan and cook over medium heat stirring occasionally. for 5 to 10 minutes or until the porridge is soft and creamy.
Step 2: Stir in the oat bran, bananas and seeds.
Step 3: Divide the porridge among 4 bowls and drizzle with the maple syrup and serve with low-fat milk.
