Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 2
Grease and line your loaf pan with parchment paper. Pam spray it.
Step 3
In a large bowl, mash the bananas using a fork.
Step 4
Add in the melted butter, oil, brown sugar, granulated sugar, buttermilk and eggs
Step 5
Add vanilla .
Step 6
Mix until combined.
Step 7
In a separate bowl, sift the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt.
Step 8
Mix well.
Step 9
Add the wet mixture into the dry and mix until combined.
Step 10
Add in the chopped hazelnuts and mix.
Step 11
Don’t overmix the batter.
Step 12
Pour the batter into the loaf pan and add dollops of Nutella on top.
Step 13
Use a skewer or toothpick to swirl it around in the batter.
Step 14
Bake for 35 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean.
Step 15
Once done let it cool completely.
