Step by Step Method
Step 1
Pre-heat broiler, rack in highest or second highest position.
Step 2
Slice the goat cheese log, just under 1/4" slices.
Step 3
Place a slice on each cracker.
Step 4
Broil in the oven for 2 minutes or until the cheese begins to soften.
Step 5
Garnish with chopped beets.
Step 6
Drizzly with honey.
Step 7
Add green garnish.
Step 8
Serve while still warm.
