"Can use black or brown refried beans. Seems to be a New Mexico dish also served in Texas. (tex mex) Can serve with guacamole also in center. Can use cheddar cheese if you prefer . They also serve with shredded chicken instead of beef. This is a good game day dish. I think you could divide tostada's in 4th as an easier way."

Step by Step Method
