My Smoked Oyster Roll
"This dish is excellent when entertaining. Wonderful on small toasts or crackers. You could just use regular oysters if you don't like smoked flavor. Also you can leave out the Tabasco if you don't like it but it does give the dish a nice tiny zing. The cook time is the chilling time that is needed."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Chop oysters and onions fine
Step 2
Mix all ingredients together well
Step 3
Place mixture on a piece of Saran Wrap and shape it like a log and roll up in Saran Wrap. Put in fridge to chill for at least 2 hours.
Step 4
When ready to serve, take out of fridge and wrap and roll log in finely chopped pecan nuts if you choose and serve. Enjoy!!
