Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 (3 3/4) ounce can of smoked oysters
  • 1/2 teasoon onion
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese (softened to room temp)
  • 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 3 drops Tabasco sauce
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • Pepper (to taste)
  • 1/2 cup to 1 cup pecans (finely chopped)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Chop oysters and onions fine

  • Step 2: Mix all ingredients together well

  • Step 3: Place mixture on a piece of Saran Wrap and shape it like a log and roll up in Saran Wrap. Put in fridge to chill for at least 2 hours.

  • Step 4: When ready to serve, take out of fridge and wrap and roll log in finely chopped pecan nuts if you choose and serve. Enjoy!!
