I often stir-fry peppers but the apple is a lovely added touch. Will make this often. I prepared it a bit differently. I followed the ingredients exactly but only stir fried it for 6 minutes total. I like my veggies almost raw. Thanks Acadia for a lovely side dish.

I made this following instructions except for using 1/4 cup of apple sauce instead of the gala apple and I was quite pleased with the end result. Very tasty side dish.
