"I came up with this recipe tonight as I needed a easy tasty side to go with duck."

Core apple and dice flesh (I left the skin on).
Dice up bell pepper discarding seeds and stem.
Dice up onion, and microwave on a paper plate for 2 minutes.
Add olive oil to skillet on medium high heat for a minute.
Add onions and saute for 2 minutes.
Add Worcestershire sauce and mix with onions.
Then stir in pepper and apple pieces.
Saute mixture for 5 minutes stirring frequently.
Mix in Teriyaki sauce and saute for another 5 minutes.
Serve and enjoy.
