Step 1: Core apple and dice flesh (I left the skin on).
Step 2: Dice up bell pepper discarding seeds and stem.
Step 3: Dice up onion, and microwave on a paper plate for 2 minutes.
Step 4: Add olive oil to skillet on medium high heat for a minute.
Step 5: Add onions and saute for 2 minutes.
Step 6: Add Worcestershire sauce and mix with onions.
Step 7: Then stir in pepper and apple pieces.
Step 8: Saute mixture for 5 minutes stirring frequently.
Step 9: Mix in Teriyaki sauce and saute for another 5 minutes.
Step 10: Serve and enjoy.
