Step by Step Method
Step 1
Melt the butter in a large skillet, add mushrooms, stir for apprx 3 minutes or until they are tender
Step 2
Add garlic continue cooking 2 minute
Step 3
Place fillets over the mushrooms, medium heat
Step 4
Sprinkle on the lemon juice, paprika, cayenne, add tomatoes
Step 5
Cover and cook over medium low heat for about 10 minutes or until the fish flakes nicely
Step 6
Sprinkle on the onions and serve
