Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 450f

Step 2

Place the frozen fillets in a 13X9 inch baking dish and drizzle the fish with the dressing

Step 3

Bake for 25 minutes, top with the mushrooms and cheese continue baking for a further 5 minutes or until the cheese melts and the fish flakes easily with a fork

Step 4

Sprinkle with parsley and serve

This was okay and easy. I used Italian dressing and probably a bit less of the cheese than suggested. i think it might have been better if the mushrooms were cooked first but it was a good and easy dinner using frozen fish. Thanks for sharing!
