  • 1 pound haddock fish (4 frozen fillets)
  • Kraft Classic Herb dressing (2 tablespoons)
  • 1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (3 cheese Mexicana cheese, finely shredded, use lite if you wish)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 450f

  • Step 2: Place the frozen fillets in a 13X9 inch baking dish and drizzle the fish with the dressing

  • Step 3: Bake for 25 minutes, top with the mushrooms and cheese continue baking for a further 5 minutes or until the cheese melts and the fish flakes easily with a fork

  • Step 4: Sprinkle with parsley and serve
