Step 1: Preheat oven to 450f
Step 2: Place the frozen fillets in a 13X9 inch baking dish and drizzle the fish with the dressing
Step 3: Bake for 25 minutes, top with the mushrooms and cheese continue baking for a further 5 minutes or until the cheese melts and the fish flakes easily with a fork
Step 4: Sprinkle with parsley and serve
