Step by Step Method
Step 1
In skillet, cover chicken breast with water.
Step 2
Add bouillon, pepper, reserved celery and green onion trimmings.
Step 3
Cook over medium heat until chicken is cooked through.
Step 4
Remove chicken from water and discard celery and green onion trimmings.
Step 5
Let chicken cool and dice.
Step 6
In a large bowl, combine chicken, chopped celery, chopped green onions, pineapple, walnuts, salad dressing, sour cream, salt, sugar and curry powder.
Step 7
Chill and serve.
