Step 1: In skillet, cover chicken breast with water.
Step 2: Add bouillon, pepper, reserved celery and green onion trimmings.
Step 3: Cook over medium heat until chicken is cooked through.
Step 4: Remove chicken from water and discard celery and green onion trimmings.
Step 5: Let chicken cool and dice.
Step 6: In a large bowl, combine chicken, chopped celery, chopped green onions, pineapple, walnuts, salad dressing, sour cream, salt, sugar and curry powder.
Step 7: Chill and serve.
