Step 1

Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

Step 2

Add the eggs, break the yolks, and allow the eggs to set.

Step 3

Occasionally lift the edges of the eggs to let the uncooked egg run underneath.

Loved the cumin on these so simple to fry eggs but it just gives them a whole new taste and one I thoroughly enjoyed, thank you dienia b, made for Billboard Recipe Tag game.
