"I don't know where my mother got this recipe. But I just fell in love with it. Hope you enjoy it. You can actually use any bag of frozen veggies you have. It really is delicious. I know, no spices! But it is good without them. Of course, if you like spicier things, add some spices to zip it up to make it to your families liking! It is creamy and a very comforting dish."

Step 1
Make stuffing as directed on package. Spread in the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan or an equal in size casserole dish.
Step 2
Cover with diced chicken and frozen vegetables.
Step 3
Mix the milk, diced velveeta and soup together. Pour over casserole and spread out to cover the chicken and veggies. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
Step 4
My mom sometimes lightly adds breadcrumbs to the top for a crunch and that's delicious too.
