Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 box (6 ounce) stuffing mix (chicken flavored Stove Top stuffing mix)
  • 1 bag (16 ounce) frozen mixed vegetables (California blend frozen vegetables)
  • 375 grams chicken (3 cups cooked diced)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 to 1/2 pound Velveeta cheese (diced, Use as much cheese as you like)
  • 1 can (10 ounce) condensed cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Make stuffing as directed on package. Spread in the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan or an equal in size casserole dish.

  • Step 2: Cover with diced chicken and frozen vegetables.

  • Step 3: Mix the milk, diced velveeta and soup together. Pour over casserole and spread out to cover the chicken and veggies. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes.

  • Step 4: My mom sometimes lightly adds breadcrumbs to the top for a crunch and that's delicious too.
