Step by Step Method
Step 1
Mix the sauce ingredients together in a small bowl and then rub a spoonful of the sauce over each pork chop and reserve the rest to serve alongside.
Step 2
Heat a chargrill pan until hot and bring a pan of water to the boil.
Step 3
Drizzle the chops with 1 teaspoon of the sesame oil and cook for 5 minutes each side r until cooked through.
Step 4
Meanwhile cook the beans in the boiling water for 2 minutes, then drain.
Step 5
Heat the remaining oil in the same pan, add the beans and sesame seeds, and cook for 2 minutes.
Step 6
Serve the chops with the beans, the remaining mixo sauce and an extra sprinkling of sesame seeds.
