Step by Step Method
Step 1
Add peas to water and add salt to taste.

Cover and bring to boil.
Step 3
Remove from heat, stir in rice and cover, set aside to cool.

Blend onions, pickles and mayonnaise.
Step 5
Add to rice and pea mixture and blend.
Step 6
Before serving, add ham and cheese.
Step 7
Season to taste.
Step 8
Add more mayonnaise if needed.

Decorate with tomato wedges.
