Step by Step Method
Step 1
Dressing ... Add all the ingredients to a small bowl or measuring cup; and, mix to combine. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes before adding to the salad.
Step 2
Salad ... Add the carrots, parsnips, pecans, parsley, mint, and dressing to a bowl; and, mix to combine. Then, add the cheese and lightly toss. I like to finish with extra pepper (just my preference).
Step 3
Serve and ENJOY! ... A simple side dish. Nothing fancy, nothing hard; just a nice, simple salad!
