Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees f.

Swirl caramel around to coat the sides of the Bundt pan heating pan in oven so caramel is hot and moving be careful sugar burns

Spray Pam over it

Mix up cake mix according to instructions

Pour over the caramel

Last, mix up the milks, eggs, and extracts and pour that on top.

The cake mix will float to the top.

Place the bundt pan in a larger pan (use a round cake pan) with ½" of water and cook at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.

Step 9

Cover with foil and continue to cook for 20-30 (so cake doesn't dry out)minutes more or until done (check with a toothpick)

Step 10

Place cake on cooling rack.

Step 11

Remove the foil and cool 15 minutes then invert onto serving plate.

Step 12

Cool 1 hour at room temperature.

Step 13

Chill overnight.
