"Mascarpone is a very rich Italian double cream cheese. It can be hard to find in my area. And if I do find it.....it's pretty pricey. This can be used in any recipe that calls for mascarpone. I haven't made this for a long time so I'm guessing at the servings."

Really good and creamy! It's a bit more tangy than "real" mascarpone, but it's a darned good substitute, especially when you need it right away and don't want to go to the store! Glad to have found this one - a keeper! Made for SWT 2019 - The Traveling Tastebuds. UPDATE: I used it in a recipe today, and I can't tell the difference from the real thing. Delicious!!!
