"I was going through all my favourite cookbooks looking to post some of my favourites and came upon this one I made a few years back to bring to a pot-luck dinner. It was a hit, these meatballs disappeared very quickly. The recipe is from Crock-Pot Slow Cooker Recipes for all occasions. I did make a couple of slight changes to the original recipe with the addition of garlic and pepper."

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Thaw the meatballs just enough to separate them.

Step 2

Combine all the ingredients except meatballs and pineapple into the crock-pot; carefully stir in the meatballs and pineapple chunks.

Step 3

Cover and cook over low heat for 5 to 6 hours.

Step 4

Stir before serving, insert cocktail pick to serve.
