"This is SOOOO good! I used soy beverage in place of milk and for the yogurt I used Silk Strawberry Soy Fruity & Creamy which has the texture of yogurt, depending on the sweetness of the fruits you may or may not need sugar. Feel free to add in ground flax or flax oil and/or some protein powder which is what I added"
