"The bright flavors of this cheese spread are great with crackers, celery or apple slices. My friend Debbie brought this to share at a work carry-in. I like to serve it during holiday gatherings with a sprinkling of toasted coconut. Cook time is chilling time so plan accordingly."

Step by Step Method

Step 1

In a medium bowl combine the cream cheese, walnuts, sour cream, green onion, cranberries, and curry powder.

Step 2

Form mixture into a ball, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 12-24 hours.

Step 3

Just before serving, remove cheese from refrigerator and plastic wrap. Place on a decorative plate and pour chutney over the top. Garnish with toasted coconut if desired.

Step 4

Serve with assorted crackers, celery sticks or apple slices. Enjoy!

Made for Billboard Tag as written except that green onions are hard to find here, so I used a combo of finely minced white onion & dried chives. This easy quick-fix has some of my favorite ingredients plus a ton of flavor & texture. I served it w/assorted water crackers & carrot sticks. Thx for sharing this recipe.
