The ingredients are:
  • 12 ounces cream cheese, softenend
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts, toasted
  • 2 teaspoon sour cream
  • 1/2 cup green onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 jar mango chutney (9-12 ounces - jar sizes vary)
  • Toasted coconut, (optional garnish)
  • Assorted crackers (optional)
  • Celery sticks (optional)
  • Apple slices (optional)

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a medium bowl combine the cream cheese, walnuts, sour cream, green onion, cranberries, and curry powder.

  • Step 2: Form mixture into a ball, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 12-24 hours.

  • Step 3: Just before serving, remove cheese from refrigerator and plastic wrap. Place on a decorative plate and pour chutney over the top. Garnish with toasted coconut if desired.

  • Step 4: Serve with assorted crackers, celery sticks or apple slices. Enjoy!
