Step by Step Method

Heat oven to 350 F.

Cook the macaroni until almost done but not completely (about halfway). Drain and spread in a buttered 9-by-13-inch casserole dish.
Step 3
Combine the remaining ingredients and spread over the macaroni.
Step 4
Bake, covered in a water bath for 45-50 minutes.
