Step by Step Method
Step 1
Add the oil, mustard, honey, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper to a large zip bag. Shake until combined.
Step 2
Add in the chicken and flip it several times to cover it with marinade.
Step 3
Close removing air and seal tightly, and place in the fridge for up to 2 days.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Step 5
Place the marinated chicken on a greased cookie sheet.
Step 6
Bake bone-in-thighs chicken for 45 minutes. I have 60 minutes because I like chicken really well done.
Step 7
Until when poked the juices run clear.
