Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 pounds chicken thighs, (4)
  • Marinade*
  • 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 5 tablespoons Luxembourg mustard, (Dijon)
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoon paprika powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: Add the oil, mustard, honey, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper to a large zip bag. Shake until combined.

  • Step 2: Add in the chicken and flip it several times to cover it with marinade.

  • Step 3: Close removing air and seal tightly, and place in the fridge for up to 2 days.

  • Step 4: Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

  • Step 5: Place the marinated chicken on a greased cookie sheet.

  • Step 6: Bake bone-in-thighs chicken for 45 minutes. I have 60 minutes because I like chicken really well done.

  • Step 7: Until when poked the juices run clear.
