Step 1: Add the oil, mustard, honey, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper to a large zip bag. Shake until combined.

Step 4: Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Step 5: Place the marinated chicken on a greased cookie sheet.
Step 6: Bake bone-in-thighs chicken for 45 minutes. I have 60 minutes because I like chicken really well done.
