"This is a very special appetizer for very special occasions. It screams to be served with Champagne. Can be for a very romantic occasion or a special holiday like New Years Eve. Even using domestic cavier it is still special. The melba toasts are the small 1 1/2 inch squares. I found some Danish Trout Cavier and it is fabulous"
