Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a bundt pan (or desired size pan, baking times will need to be adjusted for different size pan)
Step 2
In a large bowl combine the cake mix with soda or water, yogurt, cocoa, egg whites and egg; beat on low for 30 seconds, then beat on medium for 2 minutes.
Step 3
Pour into pan coated. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan.
Step 4
Dust cake with confectioners sugar.
