Step by Step Method
Step 1
Make 4 shots of espresso.
Step 2
Place a scoop of ice cream in each bowl. Pour espresso over ice cream.
Step 3
Add Bailey's or Frangelico, if using.
Step 4
Serve immediately.

If you do not have an espresso maker, you can substitute 3 tablespoons strong brewed coffee, or add 1 tablespoon espresso powder to 1/2 cup boiling water.
