  • 1 (18-1/4 ounces) package devil's food cake mix
  • 1 1/3 cups 7-Up (or water)
  • 1 cup low-fat plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup baking cocoa
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 large egg
  • Confectioners' sugar

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a bundt pan (or desired size pan, baking times will need to be adjusted for different size pan)

  • Step 2: In a large bowl combine the cake mix with soda or water, yogurt, cocoa, egg whites and egg; beat on low for 30 seconds, then beat on medium for 2 minutes.

  • Step 3: Pour into pan coated. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan.

  • Step 4: Dust cake with confectioners sugar.
