Derf "RIP" Forever in our Kitchen

Made this with left over Rosemary lemon chicken breasts, it was very good, I used 1 teaspoon of curry powder and left out the apple, simply cus i had no apples in. Loved the crunch from the celery, We enjoyed the salad very much and will be making it again, thanks for posting.
